HP Director and vista

Hi,
I have Vista on my laptop and 2 printers, one at home and one at work. They
are both HP all in ones (1205 and 2175) I used to use HP Director for both
printers for the scanning utility but this doesn't seem to work on Vista
anymore.

Hoe can I get HP Director to work with Vista?

Hi,

This is based on my earlier experience on HP 2610 with Vista Ultimate which
I no longer use:

You need to download and install the latest applications and drivers for
Vista from HP site.

And for my case, I need to turn on Windows Firewall (initially it was off)
and manually add each HP software component to the allow list.

You can right click each program link and select "properties" to find out
their respective file names and locations.
