HP Deskjet 820cse not printing

Hi,

I recently purchased and installed a Windows XP Home
Edition Upgrade for my Dell Dimension XPS R400 Computer
which was originally using Windows ME.

The problem I'm having is my HP Deskjet 820cse Printer
does not print. I've tried going to HP's site as well as
Microsoft to figure out my problem with no luck so far.

Has any one else had this type of problem and what did
they do to correct it?

I have the same problem with my HP4L printer., If I get a
