hp deskjet 3322: "out of paper" when there is paper in tray

For some reason everytime I try to print I get a window saying that there is
no paper in the printer when there really is. It appears to me that the
printer is not picking up the paper like it is supposed to do. I have tried
everything I know to do and nothing works. Please help ASAP!!!!!!!!!

If the printer is "not picking up the paper like it is supposed to do" then
this is obviously a hardware issue related to your printer, not Windows. My
guess would be the roller assembly, which is probably not a
"user-replaceable" part.
The first thing you could try, as silly as it sounds, is to change the paper
to a different type-bond, etc. If that works, great. If not, and you want
to repair this printer instead of replacing it you will need to find the
nearest HP repair center.
You can find your nearest HP repair center by going to the HP website.
