I keep getting an error that goes C:\Program Files\ HP Connections\
(numbers)\ (numbers)\Program frcom.dll, error code 998

I already tried removing My HP Connections from the start up but this
message keeps appearing.

Your best bet would probably be to contact HP tech support as this is their
