HP Color Laserjet 5 suggestion?

First, I have to thank people who guided me to get the roller kit for
repairing my Laserjet 4 +. It works like a charm now.

Another Color laserjet 5 seems to have similar problem. Paper jammed right
at the beginning stage (close to somewhere under toner or vclose to paper
tray. Not like my 4 plus' exit jam problem.
This is I guess a kind similar solution there.
Whado I need to replace? Paper tray or roller right after it?

Is there any duplex option on this model?

Tried to install a 64MB RAM on my laserjet 4 plus, but it will not recognize
it. This RAM works fine for my Color laserjet 5. suggest same kind of
memory for these two models. Why it will not work?

the max memory simm for a four plus is 32 mb, and not all will work, the parity
and presence detect have to be right etc
