HP CLJ 4550 prints fine in Win 98, but not in WinXP

My HP ColorLaserJet 4550 will print photo files fine from
a Windows 98 computer, but not from a Windows XP Home
Edition computer.

Can you help?

Are the computers on a network? To which computer is it connected?
