With the printer turned on open the lid and look for the position the
carriage pointer moves to as shown at:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&docname=bpd09173#N347

This will indicate which cartridge is the issue. Remove that cartridge and
carefully clean the contacts as shown at:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=bpa02060

What exactly do you mean by originals? Are they the old ones that came
with the printer or brand new purchases that are HP branded? New or
old can be bad, but if it's a dried up old original, it probably is
bad. Also, why did you replace the carts? Was it because the light was
flashing? If so, then you are taking us and yourself in a circle.
