HP 722C quits printing in the middle???

Just moved my HP over to and have the latest driver for it. Printing
just stops in mid page whether I'm spooling or not. Anyone have a clue
what might cause this? Thx.

Moved to XP that is...
 
Gave XP and 722c a clean start but still no luck! Thanks for the
suggestion tho
 
I have seen a such problem, it caused from the color ink. Try to replace
inks even with empty ones.

Solved this and should have known better!! I had a parallel zip drive
connected to LPT1 with the 722c tailed off of it. Vaguely recall
difficulty putting this combo together a couple of years ago and
solution had something to do with the reconfig of the system options
for the parallel port. This time I just took off the zip drive cause I
haven't been using it.
 
If I remember right the solution was to disable the bi-communications
ablilities of the parallel port.
