HP 560c desk jet printer

Unable to fighure out how to switch in contro; panel--off
line to online??? When I try to reload my software for
560C in my A drive, I get a message--cannot find DDEML.DLL
and reloading soft ware stops. What do I do? I hope
some one sends me an e-mail Thanks. Annette

Since the 560c is a very old printer, I doubt the floppy driver have the
correct drivers on them.

The correct drives are built into XP
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293378)

Use the Add Printer Wizard to do the install.
