called AMIBCP which allowed you to modify an AMI BIOS .bin file to
enable/hide certain menu options before flashing it to the PC. I was
wondering if there was anything similar or like the ECS K7S5A
motherboards "Honey O/C" BIOSes, a modified BIOS someone has created.

Well, whether you can find a modified BIOS is a different question and I
don't know. Rather depends on how 'popular' the thing is so that some
ambitious soul got the notion to do it.
