HP 2350 Printer sucks

We got this "All in one" printer about a year ago and gave it away last
month. Color ink cartridges would dry out in a few days if not used. You
could clean it and deep clean it 10 times and it would start to get better
quality, but by then all the ink was gone. Wejust started printing
everything grey-scale. Replaced it with a lexmark 5400 and problems
solved -- except that refilling cartridges doesn't work becaue of the chip
problem. By the way, we did not use refilled cartridges in the HP, all
factory new HP. New cartridge in, print a few pages fine, let it sit a few
days and Poof. No color.

Sad. No more HP printers for us.

Van!!

You should have called HP, your unit had a defective service station cap.
It would have been replaced under warranty.
