HP 1215 Doesn't Print Color

I have the above printer which has stopped printing color. I checked
everything and cleaned it , the color cartridge is 80%, however it
doesn't print in color. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the AOL software you installed really screwed up your computer
and printer.

Do any of the colors print? Are there any error messages on the screen? Have
you tried printing from the photo card with the same result? One thing to check
would be to make sure the driver settings do not have the "print in grayscale"
and "use black only" checkboxed selected.

If the above is all OK then try blotting the printhead on a damp coffee filter
or soft tissue. If you get a stripe of cyan, magenta and yellow but the
printer does not print any color your printer may require service. If the blot
test does not print any color then you probably have a defective cartridge.

Thanks for responding.
It doesnt print any color at all. I've tried new cartridges and also
checked my settings.
I guess I'll have to try your last suggestion with the printhead.
