HP 1100 Printer

My HP 1100 printer with new cartridge prints light from Outlook and
normal test page and normal from MS Word. Any ideas?

Are you using default settings? Is this the Printer test initiated from the
printer driver or is it the printer self-test? Did you do the printing from
Outlook immediately after changing the cartridge?
