hoyle games issue

when i try to play at hoyle, i would get the "won launcher" and it would run
thru, then the logon box will appear, and i put in my nick and p/w, then it
either says "cannot recieve reply from server" or it just hangs on the
"authenticating" stage. what can i do to fix this? i have all the new updates.

hi harddriver....i am haveing trouble downloading my hoyle game period....it
says encore auto run enoundered a problem and has to close...i can't get
past install it just cuts off....do u know how to get autorun to work on the
hoyle game....any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks Patsy
