HowcanI make a recurring email, that I send,automatically file its

I made a form for an email that I have to do repeatedly to the same person. I
want the email to be filed automatically in a folder
every time I send it. I thought I had accomplished this by setting up a
rule, but it didn't work.

How do I do that?
