How would I stop corruptions happening?

Everyday I open then same spreedsheet, and it is corrupted, all my links,
formating, data is all lost :( Everyone around me is not having the problem
I enter the same data and links, save and close data by "file save", and then
"file close" but alas this problem still occurs ... Its driving me INSAINE
 
Which version of Excel are you using?

One fairly easy thing to try is copying all the sheets to a new workbook
and saving that. If that fixes it, great, if not post back with more detail.
