How (Where) to set the font of sheet tag

Anyone know? I've tried the control panel but failed.
Pls help.

The size of the sheet tab font changes with the height of the tab.
The height is set ...

Right click desktop - choose Properties
Appearance (tab)
Advanced (button)
Item (box) - choose Scrollbar (height of 18 works for me)
