Function To Select the Hidden Rows & Columns in the Current Sheet

Anyone pls suggest any function or command to show the columns and rows which
are all hidden in the current sheet.

CTRL + a(twice in Excel 2003) to select all cells.

Format>Row>Unhide.

Format>Column>Unhide.
