HOW TURN OFF ENABLE WRITE COMBINING

Hi again. How do I turn off "enable write combining?" I'm running an
Intel p4 with XP home 2002. The right advice will much apreciated.

Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting tab.
 
based on this post and your previous query, WHY are you trying to
cripple your PC?
