How can I know if a contact (in my contact list) has blocked me? Is
there any software or "wizard" that are able to do it?

Options -> Privacy -> view, then you can see who has added u as contact. And
if the guy has blocked you, he/she should del you.

But generally, it won't work due to Messenger's default settings.
