Hi

Is it possible to have a text box appear on a web page when the curser moves
over a piece of text?

A bit like in Excel when you put your curser in a cell that has a comment in
it.

I know I can just hyperlink to another page but I would like to have a box
appear on the same screen if possible and then still be able to use the text
to hyperlink to another document.
