how to insert a new table above existing table-- FP2003

In FP 2002 I could place the curser in the top cell to the left of the text
in the existing table and click Enter and that whole table would move down
revealing blank space on the page where I could then insert a new table.

In FP 2003 the same process only moves the contents of the existing table
down.

You can lead a fish to a bicycle,
but it takes a very long time,
and the bicycle has to *want* to change.

If you're not familiar with HTML (and are subjected to working only in
design view) then you'll need to ensure youre cursor really is infront
of the existing table, (and not just stuck in the top left cell). If
you're not sure, try using the arrows on the keyboard instead of
clicking. Sometimes that will move out of the cells and out of the
existing table.

Otherwise, if you're familiar with HTML, then look in the source code
for the <table> tag for the existing table, move one line above it, and
start your new table there.
