How to? XP security

Hello sir,

Please try to help me sir.

I have big problem. On my home computer, I have Win xp sp2 with NTFS file
system installed on c drive. I have 2 users on it. Admin and User account.
Simple File sharing is disabled on my pc.

Now I don't want user account to let use alt+ctrl+del option, change
wallpaper, screensaver, theme etc. I want to put lots of restrictions on
user account, but if I use gpedit.msc tool on admin account to edit those
settings for user account, then those same settings gets reflected on my
admin account as well. So how do I save chages for user account but not for
admin account.

Also, can I do same thing on another home computer. Can I copy and paste
Gpedit.msc settings of User account of "Home PC 1" to User 2 account of
"Home PC 2".

thanks in advance sir.
