[how to] Win2K3 server as an NTP server

hi,

despite all my efforts, I was not able to setup my my 2K3 DC as an NTP
server. it correctly synchonize on external sources but does not want to
provide time (if I 'ntpdate' on an unix box with this 2K3 as server, I
get the error saying that machine does not provide time)

how can I setup this machine to act as an NTP server ?

oops... my fault: the ntpdate uses NTPv4 and W2K3 server runs NTPv3.
