how to view xlt file type on Windows

I don't have a program that can read xlt files. Is there a way I can convert
xlt to exe? Thanks for your help.
 
AFAIK, XLT is an Excel template and you need Excel to be able to open the
template.

BTW, this newsgroup is for Queries (objects of a particular type) in
Microsoft Access (a database application), not for questions on general
"access".
