Running Windows Media 2005 with SP2 and all updates that are installed
automatically.

Virtual Memory is set by Windows and I would like to see what actual usage
that occurs.

When defragging utilizing the System Tools Defragging tool I see two (2)
large
unidentified and unmovable 'green spaces' in the View panel.

Can it be they are both Virtual memory?

Thanks for any replies and for reading.

space reserved for virtual
memory can be fragmented.
but it doesn't mean you have two
virtual memories.

Since they appear
green then your system is reporting that
space as o.k. One section could
be for virtual memory and the other
for hibernation.

there are other deframenters avail
as well. you should try them out since they all
have different criterias as to what should
be defragmented and how they report
their analysis to the user...

I am not sure how well the little program worked as there
was not a read out that these 77 year old drybones
could determine; other than there were a total of 2 Page
file fragments and 10 in individual system 32 services,
1 each.

So I have to assume the page file is okay.

Your page file is in two pieces which not bad as I have seen far worse.
