How to view tables etc. in access 2007

You used to go to startup view database window but that isn't an option now.
How do you display the database window in 2007?
 
Access 2007 has a Navigation Pane (on the left) instead of a Database
Window.

Try configuring the Nav Pane, so it shows the Search box (good for finding
objects), and groups by object type. If you still can't live without the DB
window, you can grab this one:
