Where is preview form view in Access 2007?

I develop Access 2007 databases at two differernt locations. At one
location I can open a form in form view, datasheet view, pivot table,
pivotchart or design view. At the other location I also get a preview
option, which is extremely useful for editing the look of forms while it is
essentially open.
What setting do I need to change to give me this option at the first
location also?

Thanks,
Mich

Are you talking about Layout view? If so...
Office Button - Access options - Current database - Application Options -
Enable layout view for this database.

Yes, I meant layout view - I'm not at the other location today.
However, Enable layout view for this database is checked, and layout is not
an option on my forms, in any database.

Found it here:

To enable a form or report to be opened in Layout view, you must first open
the object in Design view. After you have the object open in Design view,
open the Property Sheet for the form or report. On the Format or All tab of
the Property Sheet, look for the option called "Allow Layout View" as seen
in the following screenshot. Click the drop down arrow and select Yes from
the list. Now save the changes to your form or report.
After you enable Layout view from the Property Sheet, Access presents Layout
View as a possible view for the object as you can see in the following
screenshot.

Seems as though it is turned off on all of my forms. I may just turn it on
as needed as I think users could get a little carried away from what I have
read researching this. Thanks for giving me the keyword "layout" or I'd
never have found it!
