can anyone tell me
Is it possible to view the reports without starting up the
backup utility?
How do you delete old reports?

The backup logs get stored in
\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data

Where USERNAME is the user who ran the backup.

You can delete them through explorer.
