i am wanting to set up a rule to move messages from my inbox to a different
folder for messages from different addresses within the same organisation,
but i don't have all the addresses at hand.
is it possible to use wild cards such as * to cover these namely -
*@company.com

Rules don't support wildcards. What it appear you want is to have Outlook
decide that if a message comes from (e-mail address removed), that the message
gets moved to a folder "Someone" and that of the message comes from
(e-mail address removed), Outlook moves it to "Someoneelse" without you
having explicitly specified those addresses. Sorry, Outlook can't do that.
