For XPe:

Add all required USB drivers TAP can help you with this or you can use
generic drivers.

For instance use:
USB Mass Storage Device
USB Root Hub
USB 2.0
Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller
Standard Universal PCI to USB Host Controller
