How to use this program???

I have tried a number of time to get the changes in the program to reflect on
the web site but its not working. I have never done a web site or made
changes. Any info is greatly needed.

I have had the same problem. Computers have memories which don't want to
change. When you go to your Web Site click, refresh. Do this on every page
until you get what you want. And sometimes refresh, refresh because it will
bring you back to one change and maybe not your last.
