hello,

i have a packard bell igo with windows xp. please could
someone tell me how to set the monitor to the tv. i tried
display, then settings but have had no luck.

Thanks

Syrra.

Just plug the s video cord into the back of your video card and connect to
the s video plug into your tv.

Connect S-Video cable to TV and turn TV on.

Reboot PC. Windows can only 'see' a device that is turned on.

Right click on the desktop and select Properties. In the Settings tab,
click on Advanced. Look for the Monitor tab. There should be an option
here to switch output from monitor to TV.

Remember that audio will still emanate from PC's speakers. S-Video is video
signal ONLY.

If there is no monitor tab in Settings/Advanced, download and install the
latest driver package for your graphics card or onboard graphics chip.
