How to use macro fields in Word 2007?

I downloaded a business card template from MS Office site. There are field codes defined as 'DoFieldClick' in all the data entry points. I would like to learn to use these macros to automate data entry into these fields, rather than continue with my norm, which is 'copy & paste'. I had no luck researching this. Does someone know of a tutorial?

I DO NOT want to learn to design and implement macros, I want to learn to use the existing ones.
