how to use built-in MACROS in Word 2007 ?

Still trying to learn more about my Word 2007 after 6 months. Am confused how
to use the Built-in Macros available in Word 07. Have been reading about
macros on the Office Help site, but still not getting it. Am a self taught
intermediate computer user. I would like to be able to use them, macros, I

There are no "built-in" macros. You can record macros or write them
from scratch or copy them from web pages or newsgroups.
