Does anyone have any references/links where I can find out how to use the
Camera function in Excel ie. the camera found under TOOLS \ CUSTOMIZE \
COMMANDS \ TOOLS \ CAMERA?

It's just take a screen print of a selected area on Excel,
you can almost get the same functionality by holding down Shift and do
edit>copy picture. The only difference I know of is that using the camera
tool
it puts in a border in black while the shift <> edit>copy picture version
use a
non coloured border (it's still there, just not visible) So the camera tool
is a bit easier to use
and paste automatically the picture where ever you click the next time on
the sheet

Use it by selecting an area in a sheet and the click it, then click another
are of a sheet or
do edit>paste if you paste into another program like word

You could also just drag the button (as you found it below) to a Toolbar. It
takes a picture of selected data instead of just pasting the data into cells.
You can also Copy, then hold down Shift and Click Edit. Choose Picture Link
or Picture.

I don't have a reference/link to usage of the Camera Tool.

Basics..........

Select a range of cells.

Click on Camera Icon to take a picture.

Select a cell you want to be top-left corner of the picture. Could be on same
sheet or different one or in a new workbook.

Picture will be pasted there.

The picture will be linked to the original range of cells.

What you do to them will be done to the picure.

NOTE: the picture can also be pasted Word or MS Paint or somesuch program, but
will not be linked as within Excel.

Other than that.........what do you want to do?
