how to use ALT_key to use the underlined letter for commands

As far as I'm aware, all or virtually all still work. In particular,
Alt-E S V for past special: values still works.

F10 to show letters on Ribbon

Alt + letter to move around and select.

You're welcome, guess I was just used to using Alt key from previous
versions. Both ways work.
