I'd open the disk via fp and publish it to your hd ... Click to clear the
Read Only check box, and then click OK. If you have used ftp only before you
should not have any _vti_pvt folders on the web on the cd ... but follow
these guidelines if you have

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=825447

then I'd ftp as normal to the server.

Is your server running FP extensions? If so, then

1) Open the Web
2) File > Publish Web
3) enter your logon details for the server
4) select the files to publish, right click and select "Publish Selected Files"
or
4a) Click "publish" to publish every file.

Otherwise you might be better off asking the hosting service how to upload if
they have specific instructions.
