How to update Outlook 2000 PRF to modify default view

C

Curtis Fray

Hi,

I've downloaded and modified the below PRF file. Could someone tell me
how/if I can update it so when it configures a users profile, it updates
their "View" so "Outlook Bar" is un-ticked, and "Folder List" is ticked?

Thanks,

Curtis.

A PRF file is used to set up mail accounts. It doesn't have anything to do with the user interface settings. That would have to be handled with code that runs after Outlook has started, as from an add-in.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Can you point me in the direction of any code that
can do this? Or any sites that explain how to do this?

Thanks,

Curtis.
