How to Update another pc?

My father-in-law has only a dialup connection to the
internet, so Windows update is PAINFULLY slow.

Is there anyway I can download updates for him over my DSL
connection, burn them to a CD and take them to him? How
can I identify his machine to windows update from my
machine?
