How to update a meeting without making attendees re-accept

B

Brandi

I sometimes send out meeting announcements and the days later need to change
the text or change a typo or something else simple. I don't want to force
all attendees to re-accept the meeting invitation - I just want the updated
meeting text be be in their calendar if they ever open it again. Is this
possible?

Hi,

I am not able to give a simple solution to it . However we have a comples
one which solves your issue.
You can use meeting work space to solve your problem. However you need
outlook 2003 and might be Windows SharePoint Services or Microsoft Office
SharePoint
Portal Server 2003.

Read the KB article below.
