How to uninstall the WGA?

How to uninstall the WGA("microsoft windows genuine advantage
notifications")?
WGA installed in genuine windows, but its an extra, unnecessary 'dialer
'application, that must be uninstalled completely.

I installed the new one and it hasn't asked to go on line since I
installed it about a month ago.

Um, I have my firewall set to block it. I have broadband and *nothing*
dials *anything* on my machine.

What "personal info"?
