Does anyone know how to uninstall and reinstall Internet
Explorer on Windows XP Home Edition? Thank You

Haluk,

There is no safe way to uninstall Internet Explorer from Windows XP. To reinstall it:

BTW, most cases don't need a reinstallation; you may post the actual problem you're facing.
