how to uninstall add-in manually?

I installed a gnupg for outlook but I don't like it so I uninstalled. But
now when I start outlook, I get a dialog saying:

"The add-in "C:\Program Files\GnuPGExch\GPGExch.dll" could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the
Help menu."

I ran the Detect and Repair but it didn't help. How do I get rid of this
error? I search the registry and deleted one entry related to GnuPGExch but
the error is still there. Where is the registry entry to load this dll?

It works. The error went away after I deleted extend.dat. Thanks.
