Is there a way to configure a Windows XP machine to use 128 bit encryption
on the RDP session when any RDP client connects to the machine?

You can configure the XP Pro Remote Desktop host PC to always require
128-bit security with a group policy.

Note that if you use a PocketPC Terminal Services Client the PocketPC will
not be able to connect to a XP Pro desktop with 128-bit security. The
PocketPC Terminal Services Client only does 64-bit security...

There is no way to bring up the Terminal Services configuration application
any more?
