How to turn off word perfect on key board, and use word shortcut

I have a new Dell which came with WordPerfect installed. It interfers with
the function keys when I am typing in Word. I have tried to remove the
program but it is still affecting my keyboard, even after reboot. Please help!
 
Go to Tools > Options > General (tab) and make sure "Help for WordPerfect
Users" and "Navigation for WordPerfect Users" are both UNchecked.
