How to turn off warning about deleting 'read me' files?

I often find that when I try to delete a bunch of files that I get a
message asking if I wish to also delete a 'read me' file. I have never
ever found an instance where I would want to keep it, especially since
the other files being deleted were mush more important. How can I turn
off this warning?

Why would you want to turn off a "Warning"? It is for your protection.
If you turn it off, it may turn off ALL warnings to include more important
and even system files. You wouldn't turn off the warning lights on your
car, would you? Think it over!
