How to turn off the automatic spacing format?

I cannot turn off the automatic spacing format. The program continues to add
lines to my document. How can I stop this. I do not want the extra lines in
my paper.

I am not sure, but it does not sound like this is an Microsoft Access
problem.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

If it is a MS Access problem, maybe a little more information would be
helpful

Are you having a problem with a report or a form? If a report is it
domestic (to Access) or are you publishing it with MS Word?

Is it adding spaces or lines?
