How to turn off an email account on Outlook 2002?

On the earlier version of Outlook 2000 there was a way to click and not
receive emails on one account, say my home account when I am at the office.
I can't find this option on Outlook 2002 XP. Is there any way to do it other
than manually changing the server settings every time I transition between
home and office?

EXTRAS | OPTION | EMAIL SETUP |
SEND / RECEIVE Button
Mark all account and after that press "process". (sorry have only the german
version)
And in that new tab, you can choose your options
