How to turn off accessibility settings?

I saw the how to videos from help and support and it
showed me how to turn on the accessibility options from
the control panel, but never showed me how to turn them
off, and now it changes on it's own back to accessibility
everytime I turn on my computer, about 5 or 10 after the
computer is on. Please tell me how to turn accessibility
settings off. Any solutions to this problem please email

As far as I know, you only need to clear the unwanted settings and
click apply, then okay your way out.
